Automatically uploads weekly/monthly reports (trial balance, rent roll, vacancy/delinquency report) to create a dashboard for portfolio health that can be zoomed in to the property level and tenant level. Also tracks building services.
Preliminary notices arrive by mail. Each one must be manually entered into the tracking system, scanned, and saved. Currently a fully manual, admin-heavy process.
Contract preparation workflow automation. Built and delivered. Currently in verification phase — confirm it works end-to-end in production before marking fully closed.
